At Blossom Homes, care is led by Dr. Jasmin Martin, DPT, a physical therapist with over 25 years of experience.
Throughout her career, she has worked closely with seniors in assisted living settings, giving her a deep understanding of the unique needs, challenges, and care required to support aging with dignity.
Maintaining mobility and independence is essential to the health, dignity, and quality of our residents. Our staff promotes mobility through daily walking opportunities, exercise activities, and encouragement to participate in social and recreational programs.
